🇺🇸 Free US Shipping
Every order ships free within the United States, with no minimums and no thresholds. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking email once it ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days from your order date (processing included). Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or peak demand. Our products ship from our overseas partner warehouses, mainly in Asia. A multi-item order may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating after dispatch, don't worry if it's quiet at first.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order ships from overseas, so it may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes set by US customs. Where these apply they are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our prices.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't reroute a parcel once it's shipped and aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to a bad address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your estimated window has passed, email and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right. For parcels marked "delivered" but not received, please check with your household and local carrier first, then contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
Where Your Order Ships From
MindBridge Play is registered in Wyoming, United States. Our products ship from partner warehouses overseas, mainly in Asia. Your order is tracked the whole way. Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility and are explained in the Customs section above.
